About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://grwoots.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
The Site is operated by GRWOOTS LLC, doing business as GRWOOTS® ("GRWOOTS", "we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, to purchase from the Site. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Where We Sell
GRWOOTS® ships worldwide. The current list of countries available for purchase is shown in the country/region selector on the Site and at checkout. We may add or remove countries at any time, and these Terms apply automatically to any country available there.
Products
GRWOOTS® consisting of micro-infusion serums and a reusable micro-infusion
device with replaceable heads, together with related accessories.
Product images are for illustration. Packaging and colour may vary slightly between batches.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion.
Health and Safety Disclaimer
GRWOOTS® products are cosmetic products, not medicines. The micro-infusion device is not a medical device and is intended for cosmetic use only. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Statements on this Site describing results reflect what customers have reported and the intended cosmetic effect of the formulation. They are not a promise of any specific outcome. Individual results vary.
Before use:
Do not use on compromised, irritated, broken, or infected skin.
Do not share the device or a head between users. Disinfect the head
before and after every session and replace it after four weekly
sessions.
If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, undergoing scalp or dermatological treatment, or managing a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
Perform a patch test if you have a sensitive or reactive scalp.
Discontinue use and seek advice if irritation, persistent redness, or any adverse reaction occurs.

Nothing on this Site is a substitute for professional medical advice. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.
Prices and Currency
Prices are shown in the currency of your country at checkout. Where we display prices in a currency other than US dollars, the amount is converted at our prevailing rate and may include a currency conversion fee.
The price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay. All applicable duties, import taxes and customs charges are included and are paid by GRWOOTS®. You will not be asked to pay additional charges on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
While we make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken at the time of order.
If your payment method fails or is declined, we may cancel the order.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery estimates and shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Shipping is free on every order, worldwide, with no minimum order value. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Every order is covered by our 120-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Full details, including how to start a return, are set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Returns are accepted opened or unopened, on all kit sizes. There is no processing fee and no restocking fee, and we provide a free prepaid return label for every country we ship to.
Subscriptions
Some products are available on subscription with recurring deliveries and recurring payments.
You may cancel, pause or skip at any time, free of charge.
There are no minimum commitments or lock-in periods.
To avoid being charged for your next renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

Individual subscription orders are covered by our Refund & Return Policy in the same way as one-time purchases.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
Your Account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@grwoots.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems
Introduce viruses or malicious code
Scrape, copy or resell Site content without our written permission
Submit false, misleading or abusive content
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including the GRWOOTS® name and logo, text, images, video, packaging design and instructional content — is owned by GRWOOTS LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
User Content
If you submit reviews, photographs, comments or other content to us, or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our business, including in marketing. You confirm that you own the content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Photographs you send us in support of a support request or a refund request are used only for that purpose. We will not publish them or use them in marketing without your separate written permission.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to or incorporate third-party websites and services, including payment processors and logistics providers. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Please review their own terms before use.
Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and without limiting Section 20, products are supplied without any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is stated on the Site.
We do not warrant that results will be the same for every individual.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GRWOOTS® is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products, including reactions or damage resulting from use contrary to the instructions supplied.
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Your Statutory Rights as a Consumer
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
United Kingdom and European Union: you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and to receive a full refund including standard outbound delivery. You also have statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality. Details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
Australia: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Canada, Switzerland and the United States: you retain all rights available to you under the consumer protection law of your province, canton or state.
Everywhere else: you retain all rights available to you under the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under the law of your country of residence.
Governing Law and Disputes
Before starting any formal process, please contact us at info@grwoots.com. We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly, and most matters are settled this way.
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Switzerland:
These Terms are governed by the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. The arbitration and class-action provisions below do not apply to you.
EU consumers may also contact an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in their country, or the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) for cross-border purchases. UK consumers may use an approved alternative dispute resolution scheme.
If you are a consumer resident in the United States:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and GRWOOTS® waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing info@grwoots.com within 30 days of your first purchase.
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitration.
If you are a consumer resident in any other country:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, but this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, customs delays, carrier failures, epidemics, war or government action.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order. We will update the "Last updated" date when we make changes.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
